Self Catering Holiday Accommodation
Near to Colyton & Seaton

Holyford Farm Cottages are situated only 3 miles from Beer and 7 miles from Lyme Regis, and provides the perfect base to explore the beauty of the spectacular Jurassic Coast. The smallholding offers guests the opportunity to relax and unwind in idyllic surroundings..

Situated approximately 2 miles from the sea and nestling in the fold of a valley on the edge of ancient woodland, the Grade 2 Listed Holyford Farm is set in a truly beautiful location. The site is first mentioned in the Saxon Land Charter dated 1005 with the name Horregan, describing the nearby ford over the stream and forming a land boundary at that time.

The Old Farm House comprises the original Tudor period hall built in the late 1500's and is one of the accommodation units available to let. A converted Victorian coach house offers two other holiday cottages (The Coach House and The Gardener's Cottage).

Holyford Woods has an abundance of wildlife, and offers some wonderful country walks literally on the doorstep. The smallholding encompasses some 4 acres. There's the opportunity to meet and greet our small flock of friendly Grey Face Dartmoor sheep (lambing takes place in April), and collect eggs from the chickens. Two of the properties are dog-friendly.

The calendar with availability for each cottage is up to date.

Usual check in day for both Coach House and Gardener's Cottage is a Friday, and the Old Farm House a Saturday.
